Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Stays Pattaya (“the site”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
Stays Pattaya is an independent hotel guide for Pattaya, Thailand, focused on guest-friendly properties. It is run by Rob, an individual publisher based in Thailand, at stayspattaya.com. We are not a hotel, booking agent or travel agency, and we don’t take bookings or payments.
Information on the Site
Everything on the site is general information based on our research and experience at the time of writing. Hotel guest policies, joiner fees, ID requirements, room rates, facilities and management change often, sometimes without notice.
Always confirm current guest policy, fees and booking conditions directly with the hotel before you book. A listing on Stays Pattaya is not a guarantee that a property will admit any particular guest or apply any particular policy on the day. Hotels set and enforce their own front desk rules, and their decision is final.
Rate brackets, walking times, transport costs and similar details are estimates. We aim to keep them accurate but can’t promise they are complete or up to date.
Affiliate Links, Advertising and Third-Party Sites
Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you book or buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions don’t change the price you pay, and our listings are based on our guest-policy criteria, not on who pays us. The site may also show third-party advertising.
When you follow a link to a hotel, booking platform or other website, your booking or purchase is a contract between you and that third party. We are not a party to it and aren’t responsible for their prices, availability, service, refunds, content or privacy practices. Read their terms before you book.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You may read the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape or republish our content, photos or hotel data in bulk without written permission.
- Use automated tools that overload or disrupt the site.
- Attempt to break into, probe or interfere with the site’s security.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass or mislead others.
The text, layout, logo, original photos and compiled hotel data on the site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Hotel names, logos and third-party images belong to their owners and appear for identification only. Short quotes with a link back to the source are fine.
If you send us feedback, corrections or comments, you give us a free, non-exclusive right to use them on the site. Please don’t send anything you don’t have the right to share. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its information is accurate, complete or current.
Our opinions on hotels, areas and transport reflect our own experience and may differ from yours. Travel carries its own risks, and you are responsible for your own decisions, safety and compliance with Thai law and hotel rules.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. That includes denied entry at a hotel, changed fees or policies, booking disputes with third parties, or problems with linked sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
Governing Law, Changes and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Thailand, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
